Time Out

This week i decided to give a break to the diet plan, take it easy without rush, no exercise at all.
Dieting for me is somehow depressing and nostalgic because i have to control every single bit of food i eat. I've been a month in this cicle and still doing the same mistakes with less fat tho.
All this time made me learn to count calories and plan better what i can eat in a daily basis and the things i can't have as i used to. Next week i go back again to the same process, hoping to seee some results asap...
