My persona started a new diet yesterday and a new exercise programme based on a DVD fitness.
Today my body is sore and i only did 10 minutes of exercise, its a very simple routine but even so my lack of fitness didn't help at all to be able to do more.
I will do the same exercise routine today and hopefully for longer than yesterday.
I felt as i didn't have any muscles in my body because i was unable to repeat the exercises from the DVD, and wasn't expecting to have a sore body like i have now.
By the end of this week my body will become more used to exercise and the pain will disappear i guess, not sure about that yet.
