Fast Diet
Fast Diet is great, it's the only diet that is helping me to shed the pounds.
Going low carb, high protein and high fat is the best way to keep the diet on track on the non-fast days.
I've tried many diets and couldn't keep the weight off for long periods. After stopping the diet the pounds would come back quickly.
I started this Diet after buying the book The Fast Diet written by Dr Michael Mosley and Mimi Spencer.
The best buy so far. I recommend the book and the diet.
