I bought the book HIGH FAT DIET Eat Fat Get Thin in February.
Initially i thought i would just spend money on another diet book and wouldn't see any results but this time it's really working for me.
This diet is divided in three phases - 4 Days Pretox , 10 days blitz and Maintenance.
I read the whole book before i started doing the Pretox Phase. 16 February was the day i choose to change my way of eating. Yo - yo dieting wasn't working.
I was really happy to lose weight straight away. The four days pretox made me lose 3 kg and 4cm around my waist. It was the perfect incentive to keep going to the next phase.
The 10 days blitz didn't start well because i stopped losing weight immediately. I kept doing the recipes as shown on the book and nothing was happening. At times i thought i should quit it was so hard to fight the desire to eat sugary foods. Everywhere i looked i would see ready sugar treats and foods.
10 days later i only lost 1kg and another cm of my waist.
At the moment i am still doing the blitz phase and losing almost a kg per week. There are those days when the scales don't go down and instead of feeling bad about it i measure my waist circumference to make sure it's reducing. I should be doing exercise according to the book but i choose not to. I do walk every where so i think that helps.
