I want to change ME
Three weeks ago i decided to start going to gym. I thought that doing exercise would make me lose weight. For my big surprise thats not happening and the problem is in the way i am eating. I convinced myself that eating as normally i do and doing exercise would make diference how wrong i was.I am getting tired of being obese so decided the best way is start a new diet but this time to stick to. Maybe doing exercise 3 times a week will help me keep focus on my goal.I've tried a few diets before but never did any of them for long the bad habits always won. Let's try again and the best will win. ME.
