Today is the beginnig of a new lifestyle for me. I decided that its time to change, time to quite from chocolates, sweets, cookies, and all that kind of things unhealthy. The truth is they taste great....hummm.
I have to be strong and carry on with my new diet. It been difficult to resist temptation but after going to gym for 1.30h my mind is set to continue in the good path. My diet is based in 1.200 cal a day. Counting them is an easy task but reduce them to fit the daily limit is the big issue. I am counting with my willpower to face the food challenges starting today.
