This is my third day keeping up with my diet. It hasn't been easy to eat just health food sometimes the temptation is right there looking at me... lol...well the scales tell me that im losing weight!!!.
It is a great incentive to see some results even if they are very small after doing gym 3 times a week and eating proper food. I still want to eat chocolate and sugary things. Don't know how long it will take to stop thinking about junk food.
